Waterproof Cable Gland (4mm-8mm, Bag of 2)
When you need to pass a cable into a waterproof enclosure you need to drill a hole in the enclosure. This of course makes it no longer water tight. To solve this, you can use a cable gland to make a water tight seal around the cable you are passing into the enclosure. This gland is suitable for cables from 3.5 – 8mm in diameter.

Project Enclosures
This cable gland makes it easy to run a cable through an enclosure. You need to drill a hole 15.6mm in diameter into the side of the enclosure, and then you can screw the two halves of the cable gland onto either side of the hole. The cable runs through, and you can twist the cap to tighten it around the cable. Here’s a list of all of the waterproof project enclosures we have available:

Multi-conductor Cable
